Other quality features for the avid trailrider include adjustable straps that hold the gusset in place so that you can buckle tight, or loosen, (depending on how much gear your have that day). When your horse or mule gives a "shake" your trail riding gear doesn't fly out the gussets! Sharp's Pommel bags are a generous size bag that measures 7" wide x 8" deep with a gusset measurement of 3 1/2". Add a gun holster to your pommel bags for security on the trail. We can fit most any gun to your saddle pockets just give us a call or email. The flap covers your firearm to keep rain, mud and weather off your firearm yet your gun is easily accessible for whatever you may encounter along the trail.
